Change font-size in the preferences windows itself?

Hi everybody, Is it possible to change the font-size in the prefences windows itself? I mean e.g. the label of the first part of the Audio Device Window " Audio device settings" or the label "ASIO Driver".

This can be done through the Windows control panel I believe, search for Font in the filter there!

I assumed, that in this forum are many themers, for whom my question is very easy to answer :)

I feel like this isn't something you can change :(
