Project is searching wrong directory

I just got a new computer yesterday, so I attempted to move all my projects and files from my old one to the new pc (which was successful). The problem I run into now though, is that the old computer had Windows XP while the new one has Windows 8. The REAPER Media folder was in 'My Documents' on the old one, so the directory for that is something like "C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/My Documents/REAPER Media" . Windows 8 isn't quite set up that way, so if I try to load a project on my new computer, it is still trying to search the directory that it would search on my old computer (which of course does not exist on the new one). How do I get it to search the new computer's directory for "Documents"? Lots of please and much thanks!

haha never mind. I figured it out. Something just didn't transfer over properly. everything works fine though. I really need to look into stuff more before I ask for help haha

no. first ask and then look in to it. I do that at home all the time in case I dont come up with a solution by myself, so that in the meantime maybe someone else comes up with a solution. its effective ... :D
